The 20 foot shipping container is part of our new lineup. It is built with CORTEN anti-corrosive steel that is more durable and has better rust properties that improve the life of the container. New shipping containers are often referred to as one trip containers.

The container floors are built with 19 plies of Keruing-Apitong marine grade plywood. The quality of this plywood surpasses that of regular plywood because it has a high density which translates to very low moisture content, preventing fungi and termites from attacking it. It is the reason why shipping containers are able to withstand frequent cargo loading and sea travel.

The 20ft standard storage container comes equipped with 4 weatherproof vents for air ventilation throughout the container, 36” high locking bar door handles for easy access, forklift pockets for easy handling and a secure lockbox for maximum security.

Warranty
Our warranty applies to all shipping containers purchased from ATS Containers. All container units are inspected before delivery.

We ensure that every container is wind and watertight for safe storage and transport.
- Surface rust is normal on used containers and dents and scratches are common.
- The door seals will be intact to ensure the shipping container is wind and water tight.
- No daylight should be visible through the door seals from inside.
We inspect all floors to make sure they are solid.
- Floors won’t have holes or be broken, especially through to the undercarriage.
- Minor delamination is possible but should not affect the floor’s strength.
- Any holes or major delamination will be repaired with a wooden or steel plate.
- The crossmembers under the floor will be intact with no broken welds.
If the container is placed and leveled properly, you can expect the following for the doors:
- Doors that open fully and easily, though they may feel heavy.
- See our delivery guide for proper ground preparation.
To ensure the doors close and lock properly:
- The lock rods will rotate to open and close the doors. Bent rods are okay as long as they work.
- The door handle will lock into place as expected.
This warranty ensures that your container is functional and reliable for storing and transporting goods. Should you encounter
